30 ml white grape syrup
120 ml butterfly pea flower tea
15–30 ml lemon juice (optional, to deepen gradient)
Mint sprig
60–90 ml sparkling water

Step 1
Pour 30 ml white grape syrup into the glass.
Step 2
Fill the glass gently with cube ice.
Step 3
Slowly pour 120 ml iced butterfly pea tea over the back of a spoon onto the ice.
Step 4
Add 15–30 ml lemon juice carefully to adjust the color. (optional)
Step 5
Top with 60–90 ml sparkling water.
Step 6
Garnish with a mint sprig. Serve immediately.
