  • 30 ml orange juice
  • 20 ml coconut cream
  • 60 ml sparkling water
  • Dried pineapple slice (garnish)

Step 1

Add 40 ml pineapple juice, 30 ml orange juice, and 20 ml coconut cream to a cocktail shaker. 

Step 2

Add some nugget ice, shake well until the mixture becomes smooth.

Step 3

Fill the glass with nugget ice.

Step 4

Pour the shaken mixture over the ice.

Step 5

Slowly top with 60 ml sparkling water.

Step 6

Garnish with a dried pineapple slice. Serve immediately.
