Your product warranty has not been activated yet. Please check the form information and refill it. If you encounter any issues, please contact customer service.

1.Check the box your machine came in. The Model Number/SKU should be on the front or side.

2.Look on the back or side of the machine for the Model Number/SKU on the nameplate. (For car refrigerators, it's usually on the bottom or side.)

3.Check the user manual. The Model Number/SKU is listed on the front cover.

Check the back or side of the machine for the serial number on the nameplate. For car refrigerators, it’s usually on the bottom or side. If you can’t find it, don’t worry—it won’t affect your warranty registration.
